1 New York Place was a supertall skyscraper that was proposed in 2002 to rise 1,050 feet (320 m) tall and have 90 floors. The tower was supposed to be located in New York City's financial district at Broadway and Fulton Street, but the project was canceled. The tower was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and projected to cost USD $680 million. It would have had 1.3 million square feet (121,000 square meter) of floor space.

The office building has also been referred to as Four World Trade Center and will be on the east side of Greenwich Street, across the street from the original location of the twin towers that were destroyed during the September 11, 2001 attacks.

Carnegie 57 is a 75-story skyscraper currently under-construction in New York City. Upon completion in 2013 it will stand at 306 meters (1005 feet) tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city. The mixed use tower is developed by the Extell Development Company. Foundation work started in January 2010, and it´s currently the second tallest tower in New York under-construction, surpassed only by One World Trade Center (541 meters, 1776 feet).

The building stands as the second-tallest building in Denver and Colorado, and as the 111th-tallest building in the United States. 1801 California Street was previously occupied by offices for US West, but now serves as the world headquarters of Qwest Communications.

191 Peachtree Tower is the fourth tallest skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia. Standing in at 770 ft (235 m) and 50 stories, it is also among the tallest 200 buildings in the world. Designed by Johnson/Burgee Architects and Kendall/Heaton Associates Inc, the building was completed in 1990 and won BOMA Building of the Year Awards the next year, repeating in 1998 and 2003. Throughout the 1990s 191 Peachtree was considered Atlanta's premier business address.

20 Exchange Place is a 59 floor Art Deco building in New York City. Formerly known as the City Bank-Farmers Trust Building, it was built between 1930-1931, for the newly merged National City Bank of New York and the Farmers' Loan and Trust Company, predecessor firms of Citigroup. It remained the company's headquarters until 1956 and was ultimately sold in 1979. The building was designed by the architectural firm of Cross and Cross.
