Legg Mason Tower is a 24-story, glass high-rise located at 100 International Drive in Baltimore, Maryland's Harbor East development. Completed in May 2009, the 650,000 square foot waterfront skyscraper was developed by Harbor East Development Group, and reaches a height of 360.5 feet/ 110 meters. It was designed by Beatty Harvey Coco Architects with HKS Architects, and is situated at the edge of the city's Inner Harbor.

Lighthouse Landing was a building complex proposed for construction in Cleveland, Ohio. The complex consists of two all-residential towers, Lighthouse Landing I and Lighthouse Landing II, and would have been built on a parking lot in the Flats of Downtown Cleveland. The two proposed structures would contain 22 and 18 floors, respectively, and stand among the tallest all-residential buildings in Cleveland upon completion.

Main and Gervais is a high-rise building in Columbia, South Carolina. Built in 2009, the tower has light blue glazing and is adorned with columns, giving the building a modern, stylized look. There is a also an outdoor dining plaza at the base of the building between its ground and Gervais Street, looking towards the South Carolina State House. The buildings main use is for commercial purposes. But it also houses a restaurant, service branches and a parking garage.

Main Street Garden Park is a 1.75-acre (7,100 m) public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA The $17.4 million park was primarily funded through the City of Dallas’ 2003 and 2006 bond programs and is the first of several planned downtown core parks, including Pacific Plaza Park and Belo Garden Park. Main Street Garden replaced Pegasus Plaza as the site for major downtown events throughout the year.

MainPlace is a 630 ft (192 m) tall skyscraper under construction in Downtown Houston, Texas. It will be completed in 2010 and have 46 floors. It has been pre-certified Silver LEED. When it is completed MainPlace will become the 15th tallest building in Houston and will feature a skygarden on the 39th floor. It is the tallest building built in Houston in 23 years, after the Heritage Plaza was completed in 1987.

The building was opened to residents on 23 April 2009.

Nashua Street Residences is an approved high-rise building approved for construction adjacent to North Station and TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The building will stand at 415 feet (127 meters) with 37 floors. Construction was slated to begin in late 2007, and scheduled to be completed by 2008, but the project has since stalled. Upon completion, it will stand as the 26th-tallest building in the city.

Completed in May 2009, the building has 340 units on 30 floors with a total height of 501 feet (153 m) and 37 floors. The building has 346 apartment units. The ground floor has retail shops and restaurants, while the six floors immediately above the ground floor have secure parking.

One57, formerly known as Carnegie 57 (nicknamed "The Billionaire Building"), is a 75-story (marketed as 90-story) supertall skyscraper at 157 West 57th Street in the Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Upon completion in 2014, it stood at 1,005 feet (306 m) tall, making it the tallest residential building in the city for a few months until 432 Park Avenue was constructed.
