The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton is a luxury residential skyscraper in Center City in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At 518 feet (158 m), the 48-story skyscraper is the tenth-tallest building in Philadelphia, and the tallest residential tower in the city. The building was erected on the former site of One Meridian Plaza which was seriously damaged by a deadly fire in 1991. One Meridian Plaza was demolished in 1999 and the property was sold by E/R Partners to the Arden Group the next year.

The complex contains three main towers, Mint at Riverfront and The Ivy at Riverfront and Wind by NEO . The taller of the three, Mint, is currently the 6th tallest building in Miami and Florida. It has 55 floors and rises 631 feet (192 m). The Ivy at Riverfront Tower opened in July, 2008.

The towers are proposed to fund the replacement of the San Francisco Transbay Terminal in the South of Market neighborhood near the Financial District. The supertalls comprise only three of the 13 towers of the Transbay Project. Five of the 13 towers are part of Renzo Piano's complex and the other eight are Transbay Towers.

The top 17 floors will consist mainly of condominiums, with the lower 23 floors being used as office space. It has been designed to live up to LEED Platinum standards. If built, the tower will be part of the Seattle Civic Center which includes the Seattle Municipal Tower and several smaller buildings.

If completed, South Bay Tower would stand as the tallest building in Boston, Massachusetts, and New England, surpassing the 60-story John Hancock Tower by 7 stories and at least 10 feet (3.0 m). However, the building would not surpass Trans National Place, another tall skyscraper proposal for Boston that was scheduled to be completed in 2011.

The building was designed by Morris Architects and Pentagram. It is the very first point tower in Austin, meaning it is tall and slender, combining a skyscraper with high-rise residence. Austin Energy has given Spring a green rating. The skyscraper features a handful of amenities. Many of these are located on the 5th floor.
