30 South Meridian is a high rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1929 and has 13 floors. It is primarily used for retail space. It was originally built as an expansion of the L. S. Ayres store, and is now part of the Carson Pirie Scott store in Circle Center Mall, with the upper floors used as leased office space.

300 East Pratt Street is a hotel being planned in Baltimore, Maryland. The building is expected to rise 640 ft/195 m. Construction of the building was to begin in 2007 and was expected to be completed in 2010. The construction of this building was proposed in 2003, though, it was never approved by the state of Maryland. In 2006, the construction of the building was again proposed, and finally approved by the state of Maryland.

300 North LaSalle is a 60 story mixed-use building, constructed from 2006-2009, located on the north bank of the Chicago River on the Near North Side community area of Chicago, Illinois. The building will contain 1.3 million square feet (121,770 square meters) of space to include offices, retail shops, restaurants, and public spaces as well as three levels of underground parking.

The complex is the first phase of a massive residential development encompassing two city blocks. The Infinity development will contain four buildings enclosing 640 residential units.

303 East 51st Street is a skyscraper currently on-hold status in the Turtle Bay neighborhood in New York, New York. The residential building is planned to rise 504 ft (154 m) with 44 floors.

311 South Wacker Drive in Chicago, USA, is a post-modern 65-story skyscraper completed in 1990. At 961 feet (293 m) tall, it is the sixth tallest building in Chicago and the 15th tallest in the United States. It was once the second tallest reinforced concrete building in the world (after Two Prudential Plaza, also in Chicago).The building is also the tallest building in the world known by its street address.

31st Park is a proposed high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 510 feet (155 meters), with 49 floors. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2009. 31st Park is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. The tower is currently going through the approval process, and final designs have not yet been released.

33 Arch Street is a contemporary highrise in the Financial District and Downtown Crossing neighborhoods of Boston, Massachusetts. The building was completed in 2004 after three years of construction which began on June 5, 2001. It is tied with the State Street Bank Building as Boston's 19th-tallest building, standing 477 feet (145 m) tall, and housing 33 floors. The 33rd floor is 392 feet (119 m) above grade and the top of the cooling tower screen is 429 feet (131 m) above grade.

The former AT&T Long Lines Building at 33 Thomas Street is a 550 feet (167.5 meter) tall skyscraper in the Borough of Manhattan, New York, United States. It stands on the east side of Church Street, between Thomas and Worth Streets, in the Civic Center neighborhood of New York City. The building is an extreme example of the Brutalist architectural style, with no windows and a flat concrete slab facade.
