Republic Plaza is a skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. Rising 714 feet (218 m), the building currently stands as the tallest building in the city of Denver, the state of Colorado and the entire Rocky Mountain region of the United States. It was built in 1984, and contains 56 floors, the majority of which are used as office space. Republic Plaza currently stands as the 109th-tallest building in the United States.

Reserve Square is a two-building skyscraper complex in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Both buildings have 25 floors and are 266 feet (81 m) high. Embassy Suites Tower houses a hotel and was built in 1969, and East Tower is a residential skyscraper completed in 1973.. The K&D Group of Cleveland purchased the apartment tower for $36 million in August 2005, and purchased the hotel that December for $5.1 million.

At 518 feet (158 m), the 48-story skyscraper is the tenth-tallest building in Philadelphia, and the tallest residential tower in the city. The building was erected on the former site of One Meridian Plaza which was seriously damaged by a deadly fire in 1991. One Meridian Plaza was demolished in 1999 and the property was sold by E/R Partners to the Arden Group the next year.

The Rhodes Tower was completed and occupied in 1974, and is currently the tallest building in Columbus. Currently, approximately 4000 state employees work in the building. Construction costs totaled approximately $66 million. It is named after Ohio's longest serving governor, James A. Rhodes.

It currently houses the university's main library on the first four floors and administration offices for many of the university's academic departments on the upper level floors. It is located in the Miami Beach Architectural District. The Grossinger family expanded from their Catskill resort into Miami Beach in 1939. The Art Deco tower was designed by architect Murray Dixon and opened as the Grossinger Beach Hotel. It was the first air-conditioned hotel on Miami Beach. The hotel was used by the U.S.
