The Residences at the Westin is a recently completed high-rise residential project in downtown Providence, Rhode Island designed by TRO Jung Brannen and developed by The Procaccianti Group. It is situated adjacent to The Westin Providence, a 25-floor hotel with similar fenestration and styling. The Residences at the Westin is slightly taller than its counterpart, rising an additional 52 feet (16 m).. The lower floors are an extension of the Westin hotel. Floors 16-31 consist of high-end condominiums. The Residences at the Westin is one of three recent high-rise residential projects underway in Providence aimed at the luxury condominium market. The other two are 110 Westminster Street and Waterplace condominiums.
