About Montgomery Washington Tower

The Montgomery Washington Tower is an A Class mixed-use high-rise building in San Francisco's Financial District, directly across from the Transamerica Pyramid. The north side of the building has views of Coit Tower, while the east side faces the San Francisco Bay. It has a structural height of 91 meters (299 ft) and contains 26 floors of residential and office space. The uppermost six floors are luxury residences. The building takes its name from the two streets which intersect at its northeast corner; Montgomery Street, which runs North-South, and Washington Street, which runs East-West. The building has a third bordering street, Merchant Street, running East-West. The office entrance is at 655 Montgomery and residences are accessible through 611 Washington Street. Construction was completed in 1983.
