50 West Street is a 725 ft (221 m) tall skyscraper under construction in New York City. It will have 542,000 sq ft (50,400 m) and 63 floors. Murphy/Jahn Architects designed the building. The project also includes a pedestrian walkway to the neighboring Battery Tunnel Garage. The building will stand on the site of the now demolished 47 West Street and 50 West Street. Time Equities broke ground in a ceremony back on June 23, 2008.

900 Biscayne Bay is a skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, and forms part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers visible from Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It opened for residential occupancy in early 2008. The tower is 650 feet (200 m) tall and has 63 floors.

The exterior is Swedish granite, which was completed in Italy. Construction started in 1981, and was completed in 1986.

The Renzi Towers are a set of proposed towers in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kobi Karp designed the buildings, which will have 63 floors. If built it will be the tallest building in Las Vegas and have 1,011 units.
