40 Wall Street is a 70-story skyscraper located in New York City. Originally known as the Bank of Manhattan Trust building, and also known as Manhattan Company Building, it was later known by its street address when its founding tenant merged to form the Chase Manhattan Bank and today is known as the The Trump Building. The building, located between Nassau Street and William Street in Manhattan, New York City, was completed in 1930 after only 11 months of construction.

The Brickell Flatiron is a planned skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. It has been recently approved by the City of Miami and construction is expected to begin soon. When completed, it will be the 5th tallest building in Miami, at a height of 794 feet (242 m). It will contain 70 floors. The building will be constructed in the triangular lot at the fork where South Miami Avenue and Southeast 1st Avenue diverge in Miami's Brickell Financial District.

Lake Point Tower is a high-rise residential building located on a promontory of the Lake Michigan lakefront in downtown Chicago, just north of the Chicago River at 505 North Lake Shore Drive. It is located in the Streeterville neighborhood of the Near North Side community area. It rises somewhat apart from the urban cluster of downtown Chicago in a composition that sets off and punctuates the skyline. The building is also the only skyscraper in downtown Chicago east of Lake Shore Drive.

Rockefeller Center is a complex of 19 commercial buildings covering 22 acres (89,000 m) between 48th and 51st streets in New York City. Built by the Rockefeller family, it is located in the center of Midtown Manhattan, spanning the area between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1987. Rockefeller Center was named after John D. Rockefeller, Jr., who leased the space from Columbia University in 1928 and developed it from 1930.

Signature Tower is a projected mixed-use skyscraper which has been approved for construction in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. Groundbreaking was originally scheduled for 2007, but has been delayed. When completed, it will contain condominiums, office space, a Kimpton-brand Hotel Palomar Nashville, and retail space. The building was originally planned to have 70 stories and stand 1,030 feet (314 m) in height.
