Located on the corner of Fifth and Main Streets and at 268 ft/82 m tall, the Blackstone Hotel is the tallest hotel in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. It is noted for its art deco with terra cotta ornament with setbacks on the top floors. The hotel was constructed in 1929, and sat vacant for nearly 20 years. The Blackstone Hotel guest list is full of notable people including Presidents of the United States ranging from President Harry Truman to President Richard Nixon.

Tower Plaza is the tallest building in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It is located at 555 East William Street. The high-rise was constructed in 1969 and stands at 26 stories, and is 267 ft. (82 m) tall. The residential apartment building was designed in the international style of architecture. Its main materials are concrete and glass. The building is situated close to the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor campus, and is close to U.S. Route 12/Michigan Avenue, U.S. Route 23, and I-94.
