The Cira Centre is a 29-story, 437-foot (133 m) office high-rise in the University City district of West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Developed by Brandywine Realty Trust and designed by César Pelli, the Cira Centre sits across the street from Amtrak's 30th Street Station. The skyscraper was built on a platform over rail tracks in an area that had seen numerous development plans that had never produced anything.

The David Stott Building is an Art Deco skyscraper in downtown Detroit, Michigan designed by the architectural firm of Donaldson and Meier. It was built in 1929 at the corner of Griswold Street and State Street (1150 Griswold St.), near Capitol Park. It is named after a businessman in Detroit who owned a mill and was on the boards of multiple other companies. It has 37 stories with three additional floors below street level.

Park Lane Tower is a high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It has been approved by the City of Miami, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. If completed, the building would rise 437 feet (133 meters), with 33 floors. Park Lane Tower is one of several new mixed use developments taking place in Miami, and will consist of both office and residential space. It is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave.

The Regions-Harbert Plaza, is a 32 story, 437 foot (138 m) office building located in Birmingham, Alabama.It is the second tallest building in the Birmingham area. Originally known as the AmSouth-Harbert Plaza the building was renamed on July 13, 2007 following the buildings largest tenant AmSouth Bancorporation merger with Regions Financial Corporation. The 31st floor contains the private Summitt Club.
