Fifth Third Center is a skyscraper located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The building has 28 stories and rises to a height of 446 ft (136 m) with 515,000 square feet. It is currently the sixth tallest building in Cleveland. It was designed by RTKL Associates and was originally constructed as Bank One Center in 1992. It was renamed in 2003, when Fifth Third Bank of Cincinnati relocated to the structure. The site of the Fifth Third Center was occupied by the Hollenden House from 1890-1989.

It is the former site of Equibank, a major national bank (formerly Western Pennsylvania National Bank (WPNB). It houses offices for PNC Financial Services next door to the company's One PNC Plaza headquarters.

University Club Tower is a condominium tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At 446 feet, the tower is the tallest residential building in Wisconsin and third tallest building overall, in Milwaukee (and Wisconsin). It is located in Milwaukee's East Town neighborhood adjacent to the shoreline of Lake Michigan. The originally planned tower was designed by Santiago Calatrava (who had just designed the Milwaukee Art Museum) in 2001 and was to have only 25 stories.
