Total Plaza, formerly the Entex Building, Louisiana Place, and the United Gas Building, is a tower in Downtown Houston, Texas, one block away from the Allen Center complex. The building, managed by Brookfield Properties, opened in 1971. The 35 story building, designed by the architect Lloyd, Morgan & Jones, was renovated in 1981 and 1996, and features a mirror-finished reflective glass on its exterior. Each floor has about 24,000 sq ft (2,200 m), with a total of 847,200 sq ft (78,710 m).
One Federal Street is a skyscraper in the Financial District neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Completed in 1975, it is Boston's 11th-tallest building, standing 520 feet (159 m) tall, and housing 38 floors. Once known as the Shawmut Bank Building, it was renamed when that bank was purchased. It is built on the site of the former First National Bank Building, the offices of which were moved to the modern First National Bank Building in 1971.
One Park Place is a 518 ft (158 m) tall apartment building located adjacent to Discovery Green park in downtown Houston, Texas. Completed in May 2009, the building has 340 units on 30 floors with a total height of 501 feet (153 m) and 37 floors. The building has 346 apartment units. The ground floor has retail shops and restaurants, while the six floors immediately above the ground floor have secure parking.
Reliant Energy Plaza is a 518 ft (158m) tall skyscraper in Downtown Houston, Texas. It has the headquarters of Reliant Energy. The building has around 800,000 square feet (74,000 m) of space. It was constructed from 2001 to 2003 and has 36 floors. It is the 25th tallest building in Houston. It is made out of glass, steel, and concrete. Lights atop the building and on the main street side flash in patterns of various colors at night.
The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton is a luxury residential skyscraper in Center City in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At 518 feet (158 m), the 48-story skyscraper is the tenth-tallest building in Philadelphia, and the tallest residential tower in the city. The building was erected on the former site of One Meridian Plaza which was seriously damaged by a deadly fire in 1991. One Meridian Plaza was demolished in 1999 and the property was sold by E/R Partners to the Arden Group the next year.
