The project also includes a pedestrian walkway to the neighboring Battery Tunnel Garage. The building will stand on the site of the now demolished 47 West Street and 50 West Street. Time Equities broke ground in a ceremony back on June 23, 2008.

The 777 Tower (also called the Pelli Tower) is a 725 feet (221 m) tall, 52-story office building designed by César Pelli and located in downtown Los Angeles, California. Developed in 1991 by South Figueroa Plaza Associates, the building contains approximately 1,025,000 square feet (120,773 m) and a three-story Italian marble lobby. The exterior is clad with sculpted white metal and glass. The tower is adjacent to the 7+Fig Shopping Center and currently owned by Maguire Properties.

The Olympia Centre is a skyscraper in Chicago. It is a mixed use building consisting of offices in the lower part of the building and residences in the narrower upper section. It was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, and at 725 ft (221 m) tall, with 63 floors, it is Chicago's tallest mid-block building. The exterior is Swedish granite, which was completed in Italy. Construction started in 1981, and was completed in 1986.

Times Square Tower is a 47-story, 726-foot (221 m) office tower in Times Square in Manhattan, New York City, standing at West 41st Street. Started in 2002 and completed in 2004, the tower contains Class A office space. Some of the most prominent features of the Times Square Tower are its billboards, several of which hang on the building's façade. Most of the large signs are found near the base, but one 4-story sign is found above the middle of the building.
