101 Second Street is an office tower located in the South of Market district in San Francisco, California on Mission Street. The 108 m (354 ft) building was completed in 1999 and has 26 floors with 388,000 sq ft (36,000 m) for offices. This is one out of several new highrise projects completed or under construction on Mission Street since 2000.
The Condé Nast Building, officially 4 Times Square, is a modern skyscraper in Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. Located on Broadway between 42nd Street and 43rd, the structure was finished in January 2000 as part of a larger project to redevelop 42nd Street. The building stretches 48 stories to 809 ft (247 m) making it the 12th tallest building in New York City and the 41st tallest in the United States.
The W Hotel in San Francisco, California, is a 33 floor, 315 feet (96 m) highrise hotel located next to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and close to the Moscone Center. The tower was constructed by Webcor Builders and opened in 1999. The building was the tallest concrete-framed structure in San Francisco until The Paramount was completed three years later.
