1800 Club is a residential skyscraper in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It was completed in 2007 and is now open. The building is located east of Biscayne Boulevard and fronts Margaret Pace Park and Biscayne Bay. The building is 423 feet (129 m) tall, and contains 40 floors. Floors 1-5 are occupied by retail, while floors 6-40 are residential condominiums and apartments. The building is located at the corner of North Bayshore Drive and Northeast 18th Street.
340 on the Park is a residential tower in the Lakeshore East development of the neighborhood of New Eastside/ East Loop Chicago and was completed in 2007. It is currently the second tallest all-residential building in Chicago (One Museum Park being the current tallest) at 672 feet (205 meters) with 62 floors. The architectural firm Solomon Cordwell Buenz designed the tower and it was built by Magellan Development.
50 Biscayne is a fifty-five story skyscraper condo in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida. As its name implies, the tower is located at the address of 50 Biscayne Boulevard in between Flagler and Northeast 1st Streets. The size and stature of 50 Biscayne conceives a significant part of the Biscayne Wall, which is a series of buildings and parks stretching along the Biscayne Bay.

Avenue on Brickell is a residential high-rise complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The project consists of two high-rise residential towers, Avenue on Brickell East Tower and Avenue on Brickell West Tower. Both towers were topped off in early 2007, and were structurally completed in late 2007. Avenue East Tower, the taller of the two buildings, stands at 480 feet (146 meters), with 47 floors and its entrance is on Brickell Avenue.
The Barclay Tower is a skyscraper located in New York City's TriBeCa near Lower Manhattan. The residential building rises 673 feet (205 m) above street level, containing 56 floors for 441 rental units. Construction of the building lasted from 2005 to 2007, with the topping out ceremony happening in Fall 2006. This tower block is also one of the tallest new residential buildings in New York City.

The North Tower took 31 months to build, as construction began in December 2003, and was completed in July 2006.
