99 Church Street is a new building under construction in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It will be the tallest residential building in the city, at 912 feet. The building was designed by Robert A. M. Stern, and is being developed by Silverstein Properties. The facade of 99 Church Street will be clad in limestone. 99 Church Street will contain a Four Seasons Hotel and condominium apartments.
Fifth and Columbia Tower is a 660ft (201m) tall skyscraper approved for construction in Seattle, Washington. It will be completed in 2011 and have 43 floors. It was designed by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca and is being developed by Daniels Development Company. When the building is completed it will be the seventh tallest building in Seattle, and the tallest building completed since 2006.
The Great American Tower at Queen City Square, is a skyscraper currently under construction in Cincinnati, Ohio. The tower, built by Western & Southern Financial Group, began construction in July 2008, with completion set for 2011 at a cost of $322 million. Half the building will be occupied by Great American Insurance Company headquartered in Cincinnati.
JW Marriott Indianapolis is a hotel that is currently under construction. The hotel is expected to be 34 floors and 376 feet (115 m) tall, making it the 7th-tallest building in Indianapolis and tallest hotel in Indiana upon completion in 2011. It is expected to have over 1,000 rooms and will have 3 underground parking garages. When completed, it will be the largest JW Marriott hotel in the world. The facility is owned and will be managed by White Lodging.
The Seattle Civic Square is a proposed 520ft (159m) tall skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. It will be completed in 2011 and have 40 floors. The top 17 floors will consist mainly of condominiums, with the lower 23 floors being used as office space. It has been designed to live up to LEED Platinum standards. If built, the tower will be part of the Seattle Civic Center which includes the Seattle Municipal Tower and several smaller buildings.
Waterview Tower is a mixed-use, partially-constructed skyscraper in downtown Chicago, Illinois. Originally scheduled for completion in 2009, construction was suspended in early 2008 at a height of 26 floors as the developer became unable to secure financing, but now it's been delayed to 2012. If completed, it will be the fifth tallest building in Chicago and the third tallest residential building at 1,047 ft (319 m) tall.
