Capital at Brickell will be a complex of two skyscrapers in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It will be located in Downtown's Brickell Financial District on South Miami Avenue near 12th Street. The complex is currently under construction, and is expected to open in 2011. The complex consists of two towers made up of residential, office, a hotel and retail, Capital at Brickell Tower I and Capital at Brickell Tower II.
The Carlyle is a 300ft (91m) tall skyscraper at Fourth Avenue and Wood Street in Pittsburgh. It was completed in 1906 and has 21 floors. It is tied with Washington Plaza and the Commonwealth Building for 26nd tallest building in the city. This 1906 neo-classical building was originally the Union National Bank Building, designed by the architectural firm of MacClure & Spahr. Benno Janssen, who was employed by that firm, had a key role in its design.
The Century is a 478 ft (146m) tall luxury condominium skyscraper in Century City, California. It is under construction, scheduled for completion in late 2009. The building will have 42 floors, making it the 22nd tallest building in Los Angeles. The 140 unit building was designed by Robert A. M. Stern. The Century was developed by Related Companies. The Century is on the site of the former St. Regis Hotel, a Century City landmark next to the Century Plaza Hotel.

The Chelsea is a skyscraper planned for construction in the downtown region of Miami, Florida. It has been approved by the City of Miami, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. If completed, the building would rise 649 feet (198 meters), with 53 floors. The Chelsea is one of several new mixed use developments taking place in Miami, and will consist of both office and residential space. It is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave.

The Club at Brickell Bay is a residential high-rise in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. It is located only one block from Biscayne Bay in the Brickell Financial District. The "club", which is really a condominium complex, is 42-stories high at 411 feet (125 meters) skyscraper tower, making the club 42 stories in total. The address is 1200 Brickell Bay Drive. Built in 2004, it is part of the recent development boom in the Miami area.
The Condominiums at North Bank Park is a 267ft (81m) tall high rise in Columbus, Ohio. It was constructed from 2006 to 2007 and has 20 floors. The 20th tallest building in Columbus was designed by 360 Architecture and developed by Nationwide Realty Investors.
The Corinthian is a 55-story apartment building that was New York City's largest apartment building when it opened in 1988. At 1,100,000 square feet (102,000 m) it is the biggest project of Bernard Spitzer, father of former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer. It occupies a full block between First and Second Avenues and between 37th and 38th Streets. It towers over the Manhattan entrance to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel.
The Curtis, also known as the Executive Tower, is a 350ft (107m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It was completed in 1974 and has 30 floors. It is the 31st tallest building in the city. The Curtis Hotel became a member of the Hilton family on January 5th, 2010. It is now called The Curtis-A Doubletree Hotel.
