The LaSalle-Wacker Building, at 221 North LaSalle Street, is a 41 story skyscraper at the north end of the LaSalle Street canyon in the Loop community area of Chicago, Illinois, USA. Originally planned as a 37-story building, the developer bought an L-shaped building aside original lot and expanded the site. Clad in limestone and granite, the Holabird and Root designed structure (Andrew Rebori was the associate architect) serves as an office building.

Latter & Blum Building, originally and historically known as the Hennen Building, is an 11-story, 158 feet (48 m)-tall skyscraper in New Orleans, Louisiana USA. A Registered Historic Place, the building is located at 203 Carondelet Street at the uptown lake corner with Common Street, in the New Orleans Central Business District. The building is New Orleans' first and oldest skyscraper, holding the title of the city's tallest building from 1895-1904.

The Lawyers Building is the name of an office building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, standing at 137 Cadillac Square. It is also known as the American Title Building. THs building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The Lawyers Building was built in 1922, the first building erected by John J. Barlum and his family in their rebuilding of the Cadillac Square area.

Lefcourt Colonial Building, is an office building located in midtown Manhattan, in New York City, built by Abraham E. Lefcourt. The 538-foot-tall (164 m) Art Deco building, located at 295 Madison Avenue at 41st street, was completed in 1930. It was designed by the Charles F. Moyer Company and Bark & Djorup.

The Leland Building, 400 Bagley St., Detroit, Michigan, (formerly known as "Ramada Inn Downtown Detroit"), is a high-rise tower. The tower was constructed in 1926 and completed in 1927 stands at 20 stories in height. The building has 9 elevators, and 120 units/rooms. The Ramada Inn Downtown Detroit was used as a hotel, apartment building, and restaurant, along with some space for commercial use.

Aria (formerly known as the Lewis Tower Building) is a 33-story Art Deco skyscraper in Center City Philadelphia designed by the firm Edmund Beaman Gilchrist. An exceptionally slender building, it was one of the city's tallest office high-rises until the skyscraper boom of the late 1980s. It housed offices until 2005 when the building was sold for conversion into condominiums.

The Liberty Building in Buffalo, New York, USA, is a rare example of neo-classical building. Built in 1925, the 23 story building is an office tower owned by the Main Liberty Group. It is 101 meters or 333 feet. An addition designed by Lyman & Associates was completed in 1961. The building is peaked with two replicas of the Statue of Liberty sculpted by Leo Lentelli. The Liberty Tower is the fifth tallest building in Buffalo.

The Liberty National Life Complex, is a corporate office complex located in downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The complex is made up of two connecting buildings. The original building was built in 1925 and contains 10 stories. The second building, a 16 story building, was originally built in 1952 as a 10 story building, but was expanded in 1971 by six stories.

The Lincoln American Tower is a 22 story building located at the corner of North Main and Court streets in Memphis, Tennessee. It is also a historical landmark, one of the first steel frame skyscrapers built in Memphis. The tower underwent a six year refurbishing project starting in 2002, and despite a fire in 2006, is now open and accepting tenants.

The Lincoln Tower in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States, is an Art-Deco highrise building. Construction started in late 1929 with the building's opening in 1930. For decades, it was the tallest building in the state. The building was also known as "Lincoln Bank Tower" to distinguish it from the building at 215 Berry Street, which had been known as the "Lincoln Life Building" from 1912 until 1923. Today, that other building is commonly known by the original Elektron Building name.
