450 Sutter is a 26-floor office tower located in San Francisco, California. It is known for its unique "neo-Mayan" Art Deco design by architect Timothy L. Pflueger. The building's vertically faceted exterior later influenced Pietro Belluschi in his similarly faceted exterior of 555 California, the former Bank of America Center completed in 1969. Currently, the building is used for dental, medical and professional offices.

461 Fifth Avenue at 40th street is a 28-story skyscraper located in the Grand Central Terminal area of the Midtown Manhattan section of New York City. The building was constructed in 1988 by the Mitsui Fudosan development group and designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. In the late nineteenth century, 461 Fifth Avenue was the residence of the Misses Furniss, who were known for hosting musicals and other social functions. They had acquired the address from a J. M. Bixby sometime after 1873.

At a height of 285 ft (87m), it is currently the sixth-tallest building in the city and state. The building is named for Kennedy Plaza, which it abuts. Notable occupants with headquarters in the building include Fortune 1000 company Nortek, Inc. and private equity firm Providence Equity Partners. Its exterior façade is done in "granite framing green-reflective-glass side elevations".

The project also includes a pedestrian walkway to the neighboring Battery Tunnel Garage. The building will stand on the site of the now demolished 47 West Street and 50 West Street. Time Equities broke ground in a ceremony back on June 23, 2008.
