Aksarben Village is a new million sq ft mixed-use development located on the land of the old Ak-sar-ben coliseum and horse track in Midtown Omaha, Nebraska. There is over 750,000 sq ft of space for research and business office and 250,000 sq ft of retail and entertainment space. There are over 500 housing units and a 135 room hotel. There is also a 4 1/2 acre park that features a 90 ft tall obelisk.

The Alabama Power Headquarters Building, is an 18 story (98 m), corporate headquarters building located in Birmingham, Alabama. The building, completed in 1990 is part of the Alabama Power Headquarters Complex which is composed of four office buildings and a parking garage. The four buildings contain over 700,000 square feet. The Alabama Power Headquarters Complex is one of five buildings Southern Company has in the Birmingham area, the others being in the Inverness and Lakeshore area.

The Alameda County Superior Court is the California Superior Court located in Oakland, California with jurisdiction over the entire Alameda County. The original courthouse was established on June 6, 1853 in Alvarado, California (a part of present-day Union City). After the county seat moved to Oakland (first to San Leandro), a new courthouse was built in 1875, locating near Oakland's Washington Square.

The top floor of the building was home to the Albuquerque Petroleum Club, a members-only restaurant which closed in 2007. The Albuquerque Petroleum Building was designed by Dwayne Lewis Architects and was completed in 1986.

It consists of three buildings, One Allen Center (500 Dallas Street), Two Allen Center (1200 Smith Street), and Three Allen Center (333 Clay Street). The complex has about 3,000,000 square feet (280,000 m) of space. The area that became the Allen Center was originally considered to be an eastern portion of the Fourth Ward.

It serves as the headquarters of Baker Hughes. It served as the former headquarters of Continental Airlines; it now houses AIG American General.
