The Charlevoix Building is an unused building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, United States, and one of the oldest standing structures in the city. The building is located at 2033 Park Avenue, in the Foxtown neighbourhood. It stands next to the Park Apartments, and across the street from the Kales Building. This is one of Detroit's oldest standing structures, built in 1905, standing at 12 floors in height.

The Griswold Building Senior Apartments is a tall apartment building in downtown Detroit, Michigan, located at 1214 Griswold Street. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The Griswold Building Senior Apartments was built in 1929 as an office building, known as the Griswold Building, on the former site of the Miles Theatre. The Griswold Building stands 12 floors in height, with 127 units/rooms.

Harvard Square Building is located at 1344-1346 Broadway Street, in downtown Detroit, Michigan, next to the Merchants Building. It was built in 1925 and stands at 12 floors in height, designed in the Neo-classical architectural style with Romanesque accents. It is currently unused. The current plans for the building calls for a renovation that will include 21 loft apartments. Heritage National Investment has proposed converting the building into 21 residential loft apartments.

The PNM Building is a 12-story office tower located at 414 Silver Avenue SW in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is 56 m (184 ft) tall, making it the eighth tallest building in the city. Built in 1974, it replaced the old Public Service Company building at 420 Central SW as PNM Resources's headquarters. The building is part of the Alvarado Square complex, which consists of the 12-story PNM tower and a shorter structure across the street on the north side of Silver Avenue.

The Ritz Plaza Hotel is a 12 floor/62 meter building in Miami Beach. It was the tallest in the city for 30 years until it was surpassed by 5660 Condominiums. It is located in the Miami Beach Architectural District. The Grossinger family expanded from their Catskill resort into Miami Beach in 1939. The Art Deco tower was designed by architect Murray Dixon and opened as the Grossinger Beach Hotel. It was the first air-conditioned hotel on Miami Beach. The hotel was used by the U.S.

RiverFront Place Condos is a new condo development located along the riverfront in Downtown Omaha, NE. It consists of two condo towers anchored by two rows of town homes. Tower one, completed in 2006, is 12 stories tall and holds 36 units. Tower two began construction in 2009 and will be 15 stories tall. There are 18 contemporary town homes that were completed in 2006. The development features a large green space and is adjacent to the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge and Gallup University Campus.

The Singer Building at Liberty Street and Broadway in Manhattan, New York, was an office building completed in 1908 as the headquarters of the Singer Manufacturing Company. The building's architect, Ernest Flagg, was a supporter of height limitations and restrictive zoning, and showed his solution to tall-building crowding with the Singer's set-back design. The 12-story base of the building filled an entire blockfront, while the tower above was relatively narrow.

Textile Center Building is a 12-story brick building located in the Los Angeles Fashion District. Designed by William Douglas Lee in the Gothic Revival style, the building opened in 1926 as a center for garment manufacturing. It has since been converted to condominiums. The Textile Center Building was developed by Florence C. Casler, a pioneering woman real estate developer and contractor. When the building was completed, Casler maintained her office there during the height of her career.

The Haas Building is located at 219 West 7th Street, at the corner of Broadway and Seventh Street, in Historic Downtown Los Angeles, California. The building was originally owned by Abraham Haas of San Francisco; president of Haas, Baruch,CXL & PWL'S. The structure was made to be one of the finest and most modern buildings of the time. The building was constructed in the year 1915, built with the latest steel frame and absolutely fireproof.

The Union and New Haven Trust Building, also known as 205 Church Street, is a Georgian-Colonial Revival skyscraper in New Haven, Connecticut. Constructed in 1927, it was designed by architects Cross and Cross. The building sits on the northeast corner of the historic New Haven Green.
