The PNM Building is a 12-story office tower located at 414 Silver Avenue SW in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is 56 m (184 ft) tall, making it the eighth tallest building in the city. Built in 1974, it replaced the old Public Service Company building at 420 Central SW as PNM Resources's headquarters. The building is part of the Alvarado Square complex, which consists of the 12-story PNM tower and a shorter structure across the street on the north side of Silver Avenue.

RiverFront Place Condos is a new condo development located along the riverfront in Downtown Omaha, NE. It consists of two condo towers anchored by two rows of town homes. Tower one, completed in 2006, is 12 stories tall and holds 36 units. Tower two began construction in 2009 and will be 15 stories tall. There are 18 contemporary town homes that were completed in 2006. The development features a large green space and is adjacent to the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge and Gallup University Campus.

The Singer Building at Liberty Street and Broadway in Manhattan, New York, was an office building completed in 1908 as the headquarters of the Singer Manufacturing Company. The building's architect, Ernest Flagg, was a supporter of height limitations and restrictive zoning, and showed his solution to tall-building crowding with the Singer's set-back design. The 12-story base of the building filled an entire blockfront, while the tower above was relatively narrow.

Textile Center Building is a 12-story brick building located in the Los Angeles Fashion District. Designed by William Douglas Lee in the Gothic Revival style, the building opened in 1926 as a center for garment manufacturing. It has since been converted to condominiums. The Textile Center Building was developed by Florence C. Casler, a pioneering woman real estate developer and contractor. When the building was completed, Casler maintained her office there during the height of her career.
