The Hotel Tuller once stood at Adams Avenue West, Bagley Street, and Park Avenue across from Grand Circus Park in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was one of the largest luxury hotels in Detroit, and the first one to be erected in the Grand Circus Park Historic District. The hotel was known as the "grand dame of Grand Circus Park." The site is now the location of a gravel parking lot next to the United Artists Theatre Building.
Key Center South Tower is a high-rise located in Buffalo, NY. It stands 225 feet (65 m) and 13 stories tall. It was completed in 1990. The building has a twin tower next door, Key Center North Tower which is four stories taller. In the front of the two towers is a large fountain in the summer but in the winter it is an outdoor ice rink that is free to the public.

The office building once also housed the Michigan Theater, which was the 2nd largest theater in Detroit (after the 5,048 seat Fox). The theatre opened on August 23, 1926.

It stands at 13 floors in height, 10 above, and 3 below-ground. it is a part of the Michigan Mutual Liability Company Complex. The Michigan Mutual Liability Annex is used mainly for offices, and includes a parking garage.
The Observatory Building, also known as the Van Ginkle Building, was a skyscraper located in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. Standing at 197 ft tall (60 m) and heralded as "the tallest office building between Chicago and San Francisco" when opened on April 1, 1896, it was also the first skyscraper in Iowa. Although it was the tallest office building, the Observatory Building was not the tallest building in Des Moines, the Iowa State Capitol, completed in 1884, was 275 ft tall (84 m).
One Citizens Plaza is a 13-story office building in Providence, Rhode Island situated at the confluence of the Moshassuck and Woonasquatucket Rivers. It is the headquarters of Citizens Bank. Standing at 180 feet (55 m), One Citizens Plaza is tied with the Brown University Sciences Library as the 13th-tallest building in the city. Finished in 1991, the building had been the first new high-rise in the city in over a decade.
The Republic Building is a high-rise building in Washington, D.C. The building rises 13 floors and 157 feet (48 m) in height. It was designed by architectural firm Smith McMahon Architects, and was completed in 1991. As of July 2008, the structure stands as the 24th-tallest building in the city, tied in rank with 1620 L Street, 1333 H Street, 1000 Connecticut Avenue, 1111 19th Street, 1010 Mass, the Army and Navy Club Building and the The Watergate Hotel and Office Building.
The Simms Building in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico was the city's first modern, International Style skyscraper. It was built in 1954, making it a contemporary of the similar Lever House in New York City. The building is located at 400 Gold Avenue SW, which was originally the location of the old sandstone Commercial Club building.
The Sohmer Piano Building (or Sohmer Building) is an 1897 Beaux-Arts building located at 170 Fifth Avenue at 22nd Street, in the New York City borough of Manhattan, just southwest of the Flatiron Building. Designed by Robert Maynicke, it is easily recognizable by its gold dome. Sohmer & Co.
