The Cira Centre is a 29-story, 437-foot (133 m) office high-rise in the University City district of West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Developed by Brandywine Realty Trust and designed by César Pelli, the Cira Centre sits across the street from Amtrak's 30th Street Station. The skyscraper was built on a platform over rail tracks in an area that had seen numerous development plans that had never produced anything.
Hess Tower is a 29-story skyscraper located adjacent to Discovery Green park in downtown Houston, Texas. It was formerly called Discovery Tower until Hess Corporation leased the entire tower in January 2009. It is the 30th tallest building in Houston and was completed in May 2010, 26 months after construction began in March 2008. Occupation of the building should begin in June 2010.
Archstone Fox Plaza is a 29-story building located at 1390 Market Street in the Civic Center area of San Francisco. Built in 1966, the tower stands 354 ft (108 m) on the site of the former historic Fox Theatre at 1350 Market, which was opened in June 1929 and demolished in 1963. The first twelve floors contain office space. Unlike many buildings, Fox Plaza has a 13th floor actually labeled "13", although this floor is the service floor and is not rented out.
HarborView Condominium is a residential high-rise in Baltimore, Maryland. The building, which is a part of the HarborView complex, rises 29 floors and 342 feet (104 m) in height, and stands as the 16th-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1993. HarborView Condominium was designed by architectural firms Design Collective, Inc. and SHK3 Architectural Interdesign. The HarborView complex was originally planned to include two additional 26-story residential towers.
Hilton New Orleans Riverside, located at 2 Poydras Street in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a 29-story, 341 feet (104 m)-tall skyscraper. The hotel is part of the Hilton Hotels chain. A portion of the building complex overlooks the Mississippi River front. The building is connected via an enclosed pedestrian walkway with the adjacent Riverwalk Marketplace.
Johns Manville Plaza is a 404-foot-tall skyscraper (123 m) in Denver, Colorado. It was completed in 1978 and has 29 floors. The building was designed by Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum, owned by Crescent Real Estate Equities Company, and is the 16th tallest building in Denver. Reflective solar glass windows alternating with 5-foot-wide columns (1.5 m) makes up the outer walls. A plaza, basement, and loading dock are shared with 707 17th Street.
One Woodward Avenue is a skyscraper and class-A office center in Detroit, Michigan. Located with the city's Financial District, it overlooks the International Riverfront. It contains 29 stories (28 floors with one basement level), and reaches a height of 430 feet (131 m). It is connected directly to the Guardian Building by an enclosed walkway over W. Larned Street. Architect Minoru Yamasaki designed One Woodward Avenue.
First known as the Ivins Syndicate Building, or just the Syndicate Building, the Park Row Building is located on Park Row in the Financial District of the New York City borough of Manhattan. It is also known simply as 15 Park Row. The architect was Robert Henderson Robertson, a pioneer in steel skyscraper design. One of the first structures to be called a skyscraper, the building was completed in 1899 after three years of construction.
The Rand Building is a skyscraper and the third tallest building in Buffalo, New York. At the time it was built in 1929, it was the tallest in the city at a height of 391 feet (119 m). Built on the site of the 1903 Olympic Theatre, it has been suggested that the Rand Building was the inspiration for the Empire State Building. The building is named for George Rand, a prominent Buffalo financier in the 1920s.

The Renaissance Hotel currently stands as the 24th-tallest building in the city. The architect who designed the building was Dahl Braden Chapman. The Renaissance Dallas Hotel holds the world's second largest free-standing chandelier in the world. The spiral chandelier, located in the hotel's lobby, rises 3 stories in height.
