Blue on the Bay is a skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in the northern part of the city, near Midtown Miami, in the Edgewater neighborhood. Completed in 2005, it was part of the recent building boom in Miami. It is 425 feet (130 m) tall, and contains 37 floors. Floors 1-3 are used for retail, and floors 4-36 are used for residential units. The 37th floor contains an observation deck and resident facilities.

The Carbide & Carbon Building is a Chicago landmark located at 230 N. Michigan Avenue. The building, which was built in 1929, is an example of Art Deco architecture designed by Daniel and Hubert Burnham, sons of architect Daniel Burnham, and was designated a Chicago Landmark on May 9, 1996. Originally built as a high-rise office tower, the Carbide & Carbon Building was converted in 2004 to the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. The building has 37 floors and is 503 feet (153 m) tall.

It was built in 1929 at the corner of Griswold Street and State Street (1150 Griswold St.), near Capitol Park. It is named after a businessman in Detroit who owned a mill and was on the boards of multiple other companies. It has 37 stories with three additional floors below street level.

Nashua Street Residences is an approved high-rise building approved for construction adjacent to North Station and TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Upon completion, it will stand as the 26th-tallest building in the city.

It has 37 floors, it is 531 ft (162 m) tall and is connected to a mall (called the Newport Centre Mall) within the complex. The mall is one of the few enclosed, regional shopping facility in Hudson County. The building was developed by Melvin Simon & Associates in 1990.
