Chicago Title & Trust Center is an office tower located in Chicago designed by the firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The 50 story building rises 756 feet (230 m) in the Loop and was completed in 1992, on the site of Chicago's Greyhound Bus Station. One of the tower's most notable features is its eastern-facing slanted roof at upper levels. At night, the top of the building facing east and west is flooded with light, creating a memorable presence on the Chicago skyline.

One Court Square, also known as the Citigroup Building, is a 50-story (209.1 meters or 686 feet) office tower in Long Island City, Queens just outside of Manhattan. It was completed in 1990 by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP for Citigroup. The tower is tallest in New York City outside Manhattan. Devon World Headquarters Tower is a 50-story corporate skyscraper under construction in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Construction began October 6, 2009, and is expected to be completed in 2012. The tower is located next to the historic Colcord Hotel, which Devon currently owns, on Sheridan Avenue between Hudson and Robinson Avenues.

Flatiron Las Vegas is a 582ft (177m) tall proposal in Las Vegas, Nevada. If built it will have 50 floors, and 319 units. It was never a proposal but this was developed by an investment company in hopes that someone would buy the project and build it.

The General Electric Building is a historic 50-floor, 640 feet (195 m)-tall, skyscraper in Midtown New York City, United States, at 570 Lexington Avenue (southwest corner of Lexington and 51st Street). Originally known as the "RCA Victor Building" when designed in 1931 by John W. Cross of Cross and Cross, and sometimes known by its address to avoid confusion with the later GE Building at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The building was deeded by RCA to GE before construction was completed.

The General Motors Building is a 50-story, 705-foot (215 m) office tower in Manhattan, New York City, facing Fifth Avenue at 59th Street . The building is one of the few structures in Manhattan that occupies a full city block. The building size is approximately 1,774,000 rentable square feet on a plot measuring 200 x 420 (84,350 square feet) that was formerly the site of the Savoy Hotel.

The W. R. Grace Building is a 50-story skyscraper in New York City. It is 192 m (630 ft) tall. The building was designed principally by Gordon Bunshaft, and completed in 1971. The building was commissioned by the W.R. Grace Company, and was also used by the Deloitte & Touche, LLP formerly Deloitte Haskins & Sells. However, today it is inhabited by several other organizations, most notably AOL Time Warner and Limited Brands.

Among the most notable is the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Tower located at One Madison Avenue in New York, NY. The tower was the world's tallest building from 1909 to 1913 and home to the Hedden Construction Company's main offices located on the 36th and 37th floors.

The Lynx Complex will be a complex of skyscrapers in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. When completed, it will contain five buildings over 600 feet (180 m) and each over 50 stories. The two tallest buildings in the complex have been approved by the city council and the Federal Aviation Administration, and construction has not yet begun. The tallest building in the complex, the Lynx Central West Tower, will rise 746 feet (227 m) and 76 floors.

The Metropolitan Life Tower (also known as Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Building or Met Life Tower) is a landmark skyscraper located at One Madison Avenue in the borough of Manhattan in New York City. Designed by the architectural firm of Napoleon LeBrun & Sons, the tower is modeled after the Campanile in Venice, Italy. It was constructed in 1909 and served as world headquarters of the company until 2005.
