The Miami Center is a skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. Although not even close to being one of that city's tallest buildings, it is a symbol of early downtown. Built in 1983, it is older compared with most of the taller buildings in Miami, which have been built in the last decade. In addition, the Miami Center is immediately adjacent to Bayfront Park, and is unobstructed when looking at the skyline from Miami Beach to the east. The building is 484 ft (148 m) tall and has 34 floors.

The Montgomery Washington Tower is an A Class mixed-use high-rise building in San Francisco's Financial District, directly across from the Transamerica Pyramid. The north side of the building has views of Coit Tower, while the east side faces the San Francisco Bay. It has a structural height of 91 meters (299 ft) and contains 26 floors of residential and office space. The uppermost six floors are luxury residences.

One Cleveland Center is the fifth largest skyscraper located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, following Erieview Tower. The building has 31 stories, rises to a height of 450 ft (137 m), and is located at 1375 East 9th Street. It has about 614,000 square feet (57,000 m) of office space. The Tower was built at cost of $52,100,000. It was purchased on May 15, 2008 by Optima International LLC for $86.3 million.

One Devonshire Place is a modern skyscraper in the Government Center neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts directly across from One Boston Place. Built in 1983, it is tied with Harbor Towers 2 and the Saltonstall Building as Boston's 28th-tallest building, standing 396 feet (121 meters) tall, and housing 42 floors. The building is mixed-use, with 8 floors of offices and 35 of residential space (including a basement level).

One Financial Center is a modern skyscraper in the Financial District of Boston, Massachusetts. Built in 1983, it is Boston's 7th-tallest building, standing 590 feet (180 meters) tall, and housing 46 floors. An unusual 90 ft (27 m) tall glass-roofed lobby, known as the atrium, occupies the first two stories. The remaining stories are offices, home to a number of law firms, Certified Public Accountants, and financial services companies.

One Logan Square is a high-rise building located in the Logan Square neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The building stands at 400 ft (122 m) with 31 floors, and was completed in 1983. It is currently the 25th-tallest building in Philadelphia. The architectural firm who designed the building was Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC.

One Magnificent Mile (or One Mag Mile) is a mixed-use high-rise tower completed in 1983 at the northern end of Michigan Avenue on the Magnificent Mile in Chicago containing upscale retailers on the ground floor, followed by office space above that & luxury condominium apartments on top.

The PNC Bank Building is a high-rise office building located in the Market West neighborhood of center city Philadelphia. Constructed in 1983, it is 491 feet (150 m) in height and has 40 stories. It houses offices for PNC Financial Services.

Poydras Center is a 27-story, 300 feet (91 m)-tall skyscraper located at 650 Poydras Street at the intersection with St. Charles Avenue in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana.

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel is a skyscraper in Dallas, Texas. The building rises 451 feet (138 meters). It contains 30 floors, and was completed in 1983. The Renaissance Hotel currently stands as the 24th-tallest building in the city. The architect who designed the building was Dahl Braden Chapman. The Renaissance Dallas Hotel holds the world's second largest free-standing chandelier in the world. The spiral chandelier, located in the hotel's lobby, rises 3 stories in height.
