It was formerly called Discovery Tower until Hess Corporation leased the entire tower in January 2009. It is the 30th tallest building in Houston and was completed in May 2010, 26 months after construction began in March 2008. Occupation of the building should begin in June 2010.

Detroit Edison Plaza (Walker Lee Cisler Building aka WCB) is a large skyscraper. It is often referred to as "DTE Energy Building", from a large neon sign on the building's top floor. That is incorrect, however, as a nearby building is the actual DTE Energy Building.

The DuPont Building, occupying the entire block bound by 10th, 11th, Orange and Market streets, was one of the first high-rises in Wilmington, Delaware. It looks out over Rodney Square. The building was built in phases, with the original building constructed in 1908 fronting Rodney Square. At the time, the building housed the offices of DuPont.
