Hibernia Bank Building, located at 812 Gravier Street, in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a 20-story, 355 feet (108 m)-tall skyscraper. It used to be the headquarters of Hibernia National Bank. At the time it was completed, it was the tallest building in the state of Louisiana.

The Higgins Building is a proto-Modernist building located in downtown Los Angeles, California. Built and owned by Thomas Higgins, an Irish American in 1909, the building was originally used for office space and years later was transformed into downtown lofts. The architects were Albert C. Martin, Sr. and A.L. Haley. The Higgins Building also houses one of Los Angeles' premier nightclubs in its basement, The Edison, which opened in 2007.

Boston's High Spine is an architectural planning design that arose in 1961, designed by the Committee of Civic Design, part of the Boston Society of Architects. The basic idea of the High Spine is to create a string of skyscrapers that runs from Huntington Avenue to the South End on a path that would not disrupt pre-existing, historical communities and give the city a distinctive skyline that would act as a visual reference for one's location within the city.

Highfield House is a high-rise condominium in the Tuscany-Canterbury neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It was designed by Mies van der Rohe and completed in 1964. It was the second of two buildings designed by Mies in Baltimore. One Charles Center was the first. Highfield House was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007. Highfield House is a 15 story concrete tower facing east. Set on a platform, the main residential floors are 20 feet above the base.

Highland Park Center is the first and one of the largest Green office buildings in Miami, FL. It is located at 1001 Sunnybrook Rd. Miami, FL. From street level, the building is 166 feet tall and contains 16 floors. It is set to become the only Silver certified building in Miami. It was designed by Robert Swedroe. The building is one of the first office buildings in Miami, to be constructed of recycled concrete, drywall, and wood.

The Hilton Anatole is a hotel located at 2201 Stemmons Freeway in the Market Center District near downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). Featuring 1,606 guest rooms, it is one of the largest hotels in the Southwest and is a major convention and meeting facility. Over 1,000 art objects, including a casting of Riding Into the Sunset, are located throughout the resort setting and the hotel features the five-star Nana Restaurant.

Hilton Indianapolis is a hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1971 and has 18 floors. The Hilton is currently the tallest hotel in the city, although it will be surpassed once the JW Marriott is completed in 2011. The building was originally built as the headquarters of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Indiana (now WellPoint). It was later refurbished into a hotel configuration as an Adam's Mark Hotel prior to the current branding as a Hilton hotel.

Hilton New Orleans , located at 333 St. Charles Avenue in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a 20-story, 246 feet (75 m)-tall skyscraper. The hotel is part of the Hilton Hotels chain. The building was originally the Masonic Temple, but was sold in 1992 and redeveloped as Hotel Monaco until Hurricane Katrina. Hotel Monaco did not reopen after Katrina in the hotel reopened in 2007 as a Hilton.

The hotel is part of the Hilton Hotels chain. A portion of the building complex overlooks the Mississippi River front. The building is connected via an enclosed pedestrian walkway with the adjacent Riverwalk Marketplace.

Located in the East Village district of Downtown San Diego, Hilton San Diego Bayfront is a 32-story building that utilizes the modern architectural style and was designed by the architect firm John Portman & Associates.
