The Metropolitan Life North Building is a 30-story art deco skyscraper in South Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Its address is 11-25 Madison Avenue. It borders East 24th Street, East 25th Street, Madison Avenue, and Park Avenue South. It replaced the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church, which was designed by McKim, Mead and White and had been completed only thirteen years before.

Metropolitan Miami is a complex of four skyscrapers in the central business district of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. These are Met 1, Met 2 Financial Center (officially the Wells Fargo Center), Met 2 Marriott Marquis and Met 3. Met 1 was finished in 2007, Met 2 was completed in early 2010, and Met 3 is currently under construction for completion in 2011. Met 1 was the first building to be completed in the complex.

The tower could be described as an international style tower, but it was described as postmodern, because it features setbacks and triangular shapes, dark glass and a sculpted base. Construction started in 1984, and was finished in 1987.

The Miami Center is a skyscraper in downtown Miami, Florida. Although not even close to being one of that city's tallest buildings, it is a symbol of early downtown. Built in 1983, it is older compared with most of the taller buildings in Miami, which have been built in the last decade. In addition, the Miami Center is immediately adjacent to Bayfront Park, and is unobstructed when looking at the skyline from Miami Beach to the east. Miapolis is a proposed skyscraper planned for construction on Watson Island in Miami, Florida. If approved, constructed, and completed the building would stand at 3,200 ft (980 m), with 160 floors, surpassing the Burj Khalifa in Dubai as the world's tallest skyscraper.

The Michigan Building is an office building and former theatre in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was constructed in 1925 and stands at 13 floors in height. It contains retail space, offices, and a parking garage. The high-rise was constructed in the neo-classical architectural style, and is made primarily of limestone. The office building once also housed the Michigan Theater, which was the 2nd largest theater in Detroit (after the 5,048 seat Fox). The theatre opened on August 23, 1926.

Michigan Central Station (also known as Michigan Central Depot or MCS), built in 1913 for the Michigan Central Railroad, was Detroit, Michigan's passenger rail depot from its opening in 1913 after the previous Michigan Central Station burned, until the cessation of Amtrak service on January 6, 1988. At the time of its construction, it was the tallest rail station in the world.

The Michigan Mutual Liability Annex is used mainly for offices, and includes a parking garage.

The Michigan Mutual Liability Company Complex is located in Foxtown, along West Elizabeth Street and West Adams Avenue, between Woodward Avenue and Park Avenue, just across Adams Ave. from Grand Circus Park, in downtown Detroit, Michigan. The two buildings that make up the complex are the Grand Park Centre and Michigan Mutual Liability Annex, which are connected via a skyway.
