The Omni Development is a proposed residential complex that is planned for construction in the Downtown region of Miami, Florida. The complex will consist of 6 residential high-rises, each rising at least 500 feet (152 meters) tall. Each building is being designed by the Arquitectonica design firm, and the complex is being developed by Kimley-Horn and Associates. The project's groundbreaking is scheduled to take place in early 2008, and is slated to be completed by 2011.
The Omni San Diego Hotel is a four-diamond high-rise luxury hotel and condominium tower in San Diego, California. It is owned and operated by Omni Hotels & Resorts. Built in 2004 at a cost of $124 million, the 32-story, 511-room Omni San Diego is located across the street from the San Diego Convention Center and connected via sky bridge to Petco Park. The hotel has over 20,000 square feet of meeting space in addition to a 9,750 square foot ballroom.

One America Plaza is the tallest building in San Diego, California and a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. Located in the waterfront district of Downtown San Diego, One America Plaza is a thirty-four story, obelisk-shaped tower standing 500 feet tall, designed by architects Helmut Jahn of Murphy/Jahn Architects and Krommenhoek/McKeown & Associates. The top of the building bears a striking resemblance to the end of a Phillips-head screwdriver.

Kahn & Jacobs. Originally known as the W.T. Grant Building, it is currently the headquarters for Viacom and houses the MTV Studios, Minskoff Theatre, the Nokia Theatre at Times Square, and some retail outlets. It is located at 1515 Broadway at West 45th Street.
One Atlantic Center, also known as IBM Tower, is a skyscraper located in Midtown Atlanta. It is the third-tallest in Atlanta, reaching a height of 820 feet (250 m) with 50 stories of office space. It was completed in 1987 and remained the tallest building in Atlanta until 1992, when it was surpassed by the Bank of America Plaza, which was also built in Midtown. It was also the tallest building in the southeastern U.S. at the time of completion, surpassing the Wachovia Financial Center in Miami.

One Bayfront Plaza would primarily consist of offices, but also would include a retail mall on the lower levels. Its position near the top of Beacon Hill gives the building a commanding presence, though it is located away from many other Boston skyscrapers. The tower houses a radio mast on the roof, for WMFP-TV, that is painted red and white.
One Beale is a proposed high rise hotel, condominium and office building in Memphis, Tennessee. It is expected that construction will begin in mid 2008 and end in 2010. In December 2005, Gene Carlisle proposed a building at Beale Street and Riverside Drive in Downtown Memphis. The first phase of One Beale was a $150 million dollar, 27 story condominium and hotel standing at 313 ft (95 m) tall. The tower was to feature 168 hotel rooms and 159 condos.
