One Shell Plaza (OSP) is a 50 floor skyscraper at 910 Louisiana Street in Downtown Houston, Texas, United States. At its completion in 1971, One Shell Plaza was the tallest building in Houston, Texas, standing 715 feet (218 m) tall. Including the antenna tower on its top, the height is 985 feet (300.2 m). One Shell Plaza was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. Associate architects of One Shell Plaza were Wilson, Morris, Crain & Anderson.

One Shell Square, located at 701 Poydras Street in the Central Business District of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a 51-story, 697-foot (212 m)-tall skyscraper designed in the international style by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. It is the tallest building in both the city of New Orleans and the state of Louisiana. The building is primarily used for leaseable office space, with some retail space on the ground level.

One South Broad, also known of the Lincoln-Liberty Building or PNB Building, is a 28-story 472 feet (144 m) office tower in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. The art deco tower was designed by architect John Torrey Windrim for Wanamaker's department store and completed in 1932. Wanamaker's Men's Store opened in the first seven floors of the skyscraper, which is located a block from Wanamaker's main store, and was intended to rival European department stores.

One Tabor Center is a 408 feet (124 m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. The building was completed in 1984 and has 30 floors. It is the 15th tallest building in Denver. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates designed 669,000sq ft.

One Times Square (also known as 1475 Broadway, New York Times Building and New York Times Tower) is a 25 story, 395 foot (110.6 m) high skyscraper at 42nd and Broadway in Times Square. It was the second tallest building in the world when it opened. The famous New Year's Times Square Ball drop is performed annually from its roof. It was originally built to be the headquarters of The New York Times. The Times was to start the tradition of dropping the ball.

One Wachovia Center is a skyscraper in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is the headquarters for Wells Fargo subsidiary Wachovia. At 588 feet (179 m) tall and 42 stories, it is the fourth tallest building in Charlotte. When it was opened on September 14, 1988 it was the tallest building in North Carolina. In 1992, One Wachovia Center was surpassed by the Bank of America Corporate Center, and again in 2002 by Hearst Tower, another Bank of America building.

1 William Street is an office building located in New York City. The building, completed in 1907, was built for J & W Seligman, an investment bank. In 1928, the building was acquired by Lehman Brothers, another investment bank, which remained headquartered there until 1980. The building is presently owned by Intesa Sanpaolo, Italy's largest bank. In 1996, the building was designated as a landmark by the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.

One Woodward Avenue is a skyscraper and class-A office center in Detroit, Michigan. Located with the city's Financial District, it overlooks the International Riverfront. It contains 29 stories (28 floors with one basement level), and reaches a height of 430 feet (131 m). It is connected directly to the Guardian Building by an enclosed walkway over W. Larned Street. Architect Minoru Yamasaki designed One Woodward Avenue.

1 World Financial Center is a skyscraper in Lower Manhattan, New York City. It is located at 200 Liberty Street between South End Avenue and West Street. It was built in 1985 as part of the World Financial Center complex. It is a 40 story building reaching the height of 577 ft (176 m). It has a leasable area of 1,628,000 ft² (151,000 m²). Similarly to other WFC buildings it has a unique roof which is a flat-top pyramid.

One Worldwide Plaza is part of a three-building, mixed-use commercial and residential complex completed in 1989, in the New York City borough of Manhattan, known collectively as Worldwide Plaza. One Worldwide Plaza is a commercial office tower on Eighth Avenue. Two Worldwide Plaza is a condominium residential tower west of the center of the block, and Three Worldwide Plaza is a low-rise condominium residential building with street level stores on Ninth Avenue, to the west of the towers.
