Park Lane Tower is a high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It has been approved by the City of Miami, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. If completed, the building would rise 437 feet (133 meters), with 33 floors. Park Lane Tower is one of several new mixed use developments taking place in Miami, and will consist of both office and residential space. It is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave.

Park Michigan was a proposed 80 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois designed by Pappageorge/Haymes, Ltd. Its location is a street level parking lot at the northeast corner of Wabash Avenue and 9th Street. As part of the planned project, the former YWCA located at 830 South Michigan Avenue, also the official address of Park Michigan, would be gutted and turned into a restaurant.

1450 Brickell, is an all-office skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is 540 feet (165 m) tall with 40 floors. It is adjacent to One Broadway in Downtown Miami's southern Brickell Financial District. The building is located on the corner of Brickell Avenue and Broadway. The architect is Nichols, Brosch, Wurst, Wolfe & Associates, Inc. The building contains more than 580,000 square feet of office space.

First known as the Ivins Syndicate Building, or just the Syndicate Building, the Park Row Building is located on Park Row in the Financial District of the New York City borough of Manhattan. It is also known simply as 15 Park Row. The architect was Robert Henderson Robertson, a pioneer in steel skyscraper design. One of the first structures to be called a skyscraper, the building was completed in 1899 after three years of construction.

Parkway22 is an approved residential community planned for the international art neighborhood/Benjamin Franklin Parkway region of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Initially, Parkway22 was to be completed in 2010, with a 37-story condo tower, a six-story loft building and 12 town homes. The condo tower as planned was to rise 407 ft (124 m), and would likely have become the 25th-tallest building in Philadelphia upon completion.

The McNamara Federal Building in Detroit, Michigan is named after Patrick V. McNamara, a Democratic United States Senator from the state of Michigan. The tower was built in 1976 and contains 27 floors. It was designed in the brutalist architectural style, with concrete as its featured material. The high-rise building's primary use is government offices, but also contains some private business offices.

Patriot Tower (formerly One Dallas Centre) is a modernist skyscraper located in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). The building rises 448 feet (137 meters). It contains 30 floors and was completed in 1979. One Dallas Center is currently tied with the Adam's Mark Hotel North Tower as the 25th-tallest building in the city. The building was originally planned as part of a three building complex designed by I.M. Pei & Partners; only one tower was constructed.

Peachtree Summit is a 410 ft (125 m.), 31-story skyscraper located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Completed in 1975, Peachtree Summit is shaped like a triangle due to the unusual shape of its building lot, which is hemmed in by the Downtown Connector, West Peachtree Street, and Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard.
