The Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building complex is a federal building complex in Oakland, California, constructed as part of the Oakland City Center redevelopment project. In 1998, the United States Congress passed a bill naming the building for mayor and former Congressman Ronald V. Dellums. It consists of two identical towers topped with pyramid-shaped roofs, echoing similar landmarks such as the Alameda County Courthouse.
The Roosevelt Building is a highrise building in Downtown Los Angeles built in 1926. It was designed by Claude Beelman and Alexander Curlett in a Renaissance Revival style. It was later converted to lofts. In 2007, the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The architectural firm who designed the building was Emery Roth & Sons. The Saltonstall Building is notable for its distinctive International style archiecture.

The building was expected to be completed in 2005, but construction issues and delays pushed the project completion to 2007.

Situated at the intersection of Fourth- and Mission Streets, the building is recognizable by the distinctive postmodern "jukebox" appearance of its high rise tower.
