The Tower Petroleum Building (also known as The Tower Building) is a historic Art Deco Skyscraper located at 1907 Elm Street in the City Center District of Downtown Dallas. The tower, a contributing property in the Harwood Historic District, features Zig-zag Moderne styling and was designed by architect Mark Lemmon. The Tower Petroleum Building features Zig-zag Moderne motifs, one of the few buildings left in Downtown Dallas which features such designs.

The building was designed in 1961 by architects Harwood K.

It contains 30 floors and was completed in 1979. One Dallas Center is currently tied with the Adam's Mark Hotel North Tower as the 25th-tallest building in the city. The building was originally planned as part of a three building complex designed by I.M. Pei & Partners; only one tower was constructed.

The Renaissance Dallas Hotel holds the world's second largest free-standing chandelier in the world. The spiral chandelier, located in the hotel's lobby, rises 3 stories in height.

The structure stands at a height of 456 feet (139 m) and contains 844,000 square feet (78,000 m²) of office space. The top floor of San Jacinto Tower was the fictional location of the Oil Barons Club - an exclusive restaurant and lounge on the TV series Dallas.
