The structure contains 33 floors of office space, standing as the 29th-tallest building in the city. The building is adjacent to Thanks-Giving Square and connected to the Dallas Pedestrian Network. The building was designed in 1961 by architects Harwood K.

Elm Place, formerly First National Bank Tower, is a skyscraper located in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA) and adjacent to DART's Akard Station. The high-rise is 625 feet (191 m) and 52 stories tall, making it the tenth tallest building in Dallas. In January 2010 the building was closed due to low occupancy rates. The $35 million skyscraper was designed for the First National Bank of Dallas by architects George Dahl and Thomas E.

The architectural firm who designed the building was Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, who also designed the Sears Tower and John Hancock Center in Chicago and the Burj Dubai in Dubai.

The Bryan Tower currently stands as the 19th-tallest building in the city. The architect who designed the building was Neuhaus & Taylor. The building is known for its distinctive gold-tinted windows and the steel beams that run up and down the building.

Renaissance Tower is a 886 ft (270 m), 56-story modernist skyscraper located at 1201 Elm Street in downtown Dallas, Texas. The tower is the second tallest in the city, the fifth tallest in Texas, and the 24th tallest in the United States. Renaissance Tower was designed by the architectural firm Hellmuth, Obata and Kassabaum, completed in 1974, and renovated by architects Skidmore, Owings and Merrill in 1986 and serves as headquarters for Neiman Marcus, Blockbuster and Winstead PC.

The Hilton Anatole is a hotel located at 2201 Stemmons Freeway in the Market Center District near downtown Dallas, Texas (USA). Featuring 1,606 guest rooms, it is one of the largest hotels in the Southwest and is a major convention and meeting facility. Over 1,000 art objects, including a casting of Riding Into the Sunset, are located throughout the resort setting and the hotel features the five-star Nana Restaurant.

The building was originally planned as part of a three building complex designed by I.M. Pei & Partners; only one tower was constructed.

Aston Park is a public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA. The park is located on a triangle of land located between Pacific, Harwood and Live Oak in the City Center District. The park was dedicated in 1983 in honor of James W Aston, who was a prominent business leader and president of Republic National Bank in 1957. Adjacent to Republic Center, Corrigan Tower and Pacific Place, the park consists of a grove of mature trees and plaza area.
