The Victory Tower, also referred to as Mandarin Oriental Dallas Hotel & Residences, is a skyscraper under on-hold status in the new Victory Park neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. The building is the tallest structure under construction in the city, and is the only building planned to rise over 400 feet (122 meters) under construction in Dallas. Upon completion, the Victory Tower would stand as the 8th-tallest building in the city, rising to a height of 650 feet (198 m) with 43 floors.

Energy Plaza is a skyscraper in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas, north of Thanks-Giving Square at 1601 Bryan Street. Designed by I.M. Pei and Partners, the building is 192 m (630 ft) and 49 stories, making it the ninth tallest building in Dallas. The building itself is based on a design using three triangles.

The land on which 1700 Pacific sits was once two triangular blocks separated by Live Oak Street.

With a structural height of 708 ft (216 m), and 686 ft (209 m) to the roof, it is the sixth-tallest building in Dallas and the 18th-tallest in the state The tower was designed by the architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, and has a polished and flamed granite façade, with 1,200,000 sq ft (111,000 m) of office space.

Elm Place, formerly First National Bank Tower, is a skyscraper located in the Main Street District of downtown Dallas, Texas (USA) and adjacent to DART's Akard Station. The high-rise is 625 feet (191 m) and 52 stories tall, making it the tenth tallest building in Dallas. In January 2010 the building was closed due to low occupancy rates. The $35 million skyscraper was designed for the First National Bank of Dallas by architects George Dahl and Thomas E.

Pacific Plaza Park will be a 3.0-acre (12,000 m) public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, USA. The park will be located between St. Paul Street and Harwood Street, north of Pacific Avenue in the City Center District. The City of Dallas acquired the land—currently parking lots—with help from the Trust for Public Land. A timeline for construction of the $9 million park has not been set.
