The Stephen P. Clark Government Center, known also as Government Center, Miami-Dade Center, or County Hall, is a skyscraper in the Government Center district of downtown Miami, Florida. It is the headquarters building of the Miami-Dade County government. Most county offices are located in or near the building. The local and federal courthouses are located within five blocks of the building. The tower is 510 ft (155 m) tall, and has 31 stories.
Ten Museum Park is a residential skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, and forms part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers visible from Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It was designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design. It was completed in early 2007, and opened for residential occupancy in mid-2007. The building is 585 feet (178 m) tall, and has 50 floors.
Tequesta Point is a complex of residential high-rises in downtown Miami, Florida. It consists of three skyscraper buildings located on Brickell Key, an urban island to the east of the Central Business District. Three Tequesta Point, the tallest of the three, was completed in 2001. It is 480 ft (146 m) tall, and has 46 floors. Two Tequesta Point, the central building of the complex, was completed in 1999. It is 410 ft (125 m) tall, and has 40 floors.
The Blackstone is a building in Miami Beach. Built in 1929, it was the tallest building in the city for 7 years.
Capital at Brickell will be a complex of two skyscrapers in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It will be located in Downtown's Brickell Financial District on South Miami Avenue near 12th Street. The complex is currently under construction, and is expected to open in 2011. The complex consists of two towers made up of residential, office, a hotel and retail, Capital at Brickell Tower I and Capital at Brickell Tower II.
The Chelsea is a skyscraper planned for construction in the downtown region of Miami, Florida. It has been approved by the City of Miami, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007. If completed, the building would rise 649 feet (198 meters), with 53 floors. The Chelsea is one of several new mixed use developments taking place in Miami, and will consist of both office and residential space. It is a part of the city's recent Manhattanization wave.
The Club at Brickell Bay is a residential high-rise in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. It is located only one block from Biscayne Bay in the Brickell Financial District. The "club", which is really a condominium complex, is 42-stories high at 411 feet (125 meters) skyscraper tower, making the club 42 stories in total. The address is 1200 Brickell Bay Drive. Built in 2004, it is part of the recent development boom in the Miami area.
The Grand Doubletree also referred as The Grand is a skyscraper on the north side of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It lies within the Media and Entertainment District. It was completed in 1986. It is a condominium and hotel. Floors 3-9 are hotel rooms. Floors 10-42 contain over 830 condominium units. The hotel portion contains 152 rooms, and was renovated in 2004.
The Mark on Brickell is a residential high-rise building located south of the downtown region of Miami, Florida. Standing at 420 feet (128 meters), the building is currently the 46th-tallest building in the city (as of May 2008). The building is directly on the Biscayne Bay waterfront and its address is 1155 Brickell Bay Drive. The Mark on Brickell houses 36 floors, and was completed in 2001. The building's developer was the Related Group of Florida.
The Palace is a residential high-rise building located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. Standing at 400 feet (122 meters), the building is currently the 42nd-tallest building in the city. The building's address is 1541 Brickell Avenue. The Palace houses 42 floors, and was completed in 1981. The building was designed by the renowned Arquitectonica architectural firm, and was developed by Franyie Engineers, Inc. (franyie.com).
