It is the third tallest skyscraper in Omaha behind First National Bank Tower and Woodmen Tower. The building provides residential apartments for people aged 50 and older. Also, for 6 years it was the tallest building in Omaha until Woodmen Tower passed it in 1969.

Originally completed in 1969, the Woodmen rises 30 stories. It was the tallest skyscraper in Omaha for over 30 years, until the construction of the First National Bank Tower.

The Mutual of Omaha Building is a 285-ft (87 m), 14-story skyscraper in midtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. Built in 1970, it is currently the sixth tallest building in Omaha. The building houses the headquarters of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company, and is the largest building in Mutual of Omaha's Midtown Crossing development. Joined to the main building, the Mutual of Omaha Dome is an underground facility topped by a large glass dome.

Central Park Plaza is a 16 story, commercial office complex in Downtown Omaha, NE. The complex consists 419,679 square feet of office space, in two red brick towers with a lower level center connector on the first and second floors. The building features a central courtyard and a six story parking garage that is located directly north of the building and is connected by a skywalk. In 2007 a "sunrise" lighting feature was added to the angled face of the towers.

The Roman L. Hruska Federal Courthouse is a 350,000 sq ft Federal Courthouse located at 111 S. 18th Plz. in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Completed in 2000, the six story courthouse serves the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, and features 9 courtrooms and a central atrium; built at a cost of $70 million. It was dedicated Oct 24th, 2000 in front of an audience of over 400 people. The courthouse was built on the site of the former Hotel Fontenelle which was razed in 1983.

It was built on the site of the former "Medical Arts Building" which was imploded on April 2, 1999. Inside the glass lobby is a large section of the ornamental facade from the former "Medical Arts Building".

RiverFront Place Condos is a new condo development located along the riverfront in Downtown Omaha, NE. It consists of two condo towers anchored by two rows of town homes. Tower one, completed in 2006, is 12 stories tall and holds 36 units. Tower two began construction in 2009 and will be 15 stories tall. There are 18 contemporary town homes that were completed in 2006. The development features a large green space and is adjacent to the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge and Gallup University Campus.
