101 Park Avenue is a 629-foot (192 m) tall skyscraper in New York City, New York. It was completed in 1979 to 1982 and has 49 floors. Eli Attia Architects designed the building, which is the 64th tallest in New York. It was used as the facade of the fictional "Pemrose building" in the 1987 film The Secret of My Success, as well as the fictional "Clamp Tower" in the 1990 film Gremlins 2.

31st Park is a proposed high-rise building planned for construction in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, Florida. If completed, the building would stand at 510 feet (155 meters), with 49 floors. The tower has an estimated completion date of 2009. 31st Park is a part of the recent Manhattanization wave that is taking place throughout Miami. The tower is currently going through the approval process, and final designs have not yet been released.

Above that is a tower containing condominiums.

Energy Plaza is a skyscraper in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas, north of Thanks-Giving Square at 1601 Bryan Street. Designed by I.M. Pei and Partners, the building is 192 m (630 ft) and 49 stories, making it the ninth tallest building in Dallas. The building itself is based on a design using three triangles.

Everglades on the Bay is an urban development in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, and forms part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers visible from Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It consists of two residential skyscrapers, North Tower and the South Tower as well as a retail center. The buildings were topped out (reached full height) in 2007, and were completed in early 2008.

It has 69,675 m² of floor area and is the 65th tallest building in New York. Its main usage is office space, the United Kingdom Government have their mission to the United Nations located there.
