383 Madison Avenue is an office building in New York City located on Madison Avenue between 46th and 47th Streets and owned by JP Morgan Chase. Designed by David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, it is 755 ft (230 m) tall with 47 floors. It was completed in 2001 and opened in 2002, at which time it was, by some reports, the 88th tallest building in the world. The building is approximately 110 000 rentable square meters (1,200,000 sq ft).
Chicago Title & Trust Center is an office tower located in Chicago designed by the firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The 50 story building rises 756 feet (230 m) in the Loop and was completed in 1992, on the site of Chicago's Greyhound Bus Station. One of the tower's most notable features is its eastern-facing slanted roof at upper levels. At night, the top of the building facing east and west is flooded with light, creating a memorable presence on the Chicago skyline.
The Metropolitan is a 755ft (230m) tall approved skyscraper in Jersey City, New Jersey. It will be completed in 2009 and will have 67 floors. It was designed by Arquitectonica and it will have 809 units.
