The Residences at Packard Place is a proposed two-tower, thirty-story, commercial-residential tower in Downtown Albuquerque. The Residences at Packard Place is slated to be taller than the 351-foot (107 m) Albuquerque Plaza Office Tower, therefore becoming the tallest building in the state of New Mexico. Packard Place will change the skyline of Downtown Albuquerque. This building consists of two towers, which will have 30,000 square feet (2,800 m) and 408 residences.
The Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island Headquarters is a LEED Certified high-rise project currently under construction in downtown Providence, Rhode Island. The building is wedged in between the two Waterplace towers, at the intersection of American Express Plaza and Exchange Street.

Located across the street from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the building officially opened on February 10, 2010. Park Avenue West, nicknamed PAW, is a high-rise building currently under construction in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. When completed it will stand at a height of 476 feet (145 meters) and become the third tallest building in Portland behind the Wells Fargo Center and the US Bancorp Tower. Park Avenue West was initially scheduled to be completed in 2010 and is being developed by Tom Moyer.
W Austin Hotel & Residences is a currently topped out building in Austin, Texas located on 200 Lavaca Street. It stands 478 feet above the ground with 37 floors above the ground. It will soon to house the Austin City Limits Studio, greatly increasing the seating size from 350 to 2,200. It is a residential building that sits behind the Austin City Hall. It holds 250 hotel units and 159 condominiums.
