The AEGON Center is a skyscraper in Downtown, Louisville, Kentucky and located at 400 West Market Street. The 35-story, 549-foot (167 m) high structure was designed by architect John Burgee with Philip Johnson and was completed in 1993 at the cost of $100 million (USD). The building, originally named Capital Holding Center, was later renamed Providian Center and is now named AEGON Center.
One Detroit Center, also known as Comerica Tower at Detroit Center after its tenant, is a skycraper located downtown in the the city's financial district (500 Woodward Ave. Detroit, Michigan 48226). Rising 619 feet (189 m), the 43-story tower is the tallest office building in Michigan, and the second tallest overall in the state behind the central hotel tower of the Renaissance Center, located a few blocks away.
Four Seasons Hotel New York is the flagship hotel in the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts chain. In the 1980s, William Zeckendorf, a prominent American real estate developer, assembled 25,000 square feet (2,300 m) of vacant property on 57th Street between Madison and Park Avenue. Robert H. Burns, founder of Regent International Hotels, approached Harunori Takahashi, owner of EIE International Corporation company to build a luxurious hotel on the property.
HarborView Condominium is a residential high-rise in Baltimore, Maryland. The building, which is a part of the HarborView complex, rises 29 floors and 342 feet (104 m) in height, and stands as the 16th-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1993. HarborView Condominium was designed by architectural firms Design Collective, Inc. and SHK3 Architectural Interdesign. The HarborView complex was originally planned to include two additional 26-story residential towers.
Palmer Plaza is a 269 foot 18 story skyscraper in Nashville, Tennessee and is named after the company who built it and is headquartered there, Alex S. Palmer & Company. The building features a rooftop fitness center. The ninth floor of the building is home to the Consulate-General of Japan in Nashville.
