Foundation work started in January 2010, and it´s currently the second tallest tower in New York under-construction, surpassed only by One World Trade Center (541 meters, 1776 feet).

They would surpass the Four Seasons Hotel Miami and become the city's 2nd tallest buildings, behind One Bayfront Plaza.

It was designed by Zimmer Gunsul Frasca and is being developed by Daniels Development Company. When the building is completed it will be the seventh tallest building in Seattle, and the tallest building completed since 2006.
