The Austonian is a residential skyscraper in Downtown Austin, Texas. At 683 feet (208 m) tall with 56 floors, the building is the tallest in Austin, overtaking the 360 Condominiums. The tower is also the tallest all-residential building in the state of Texas and Texas' tallest building outside of Dallas and Houston. Also, it is the tallest all residential building west of the Mississippi. The 53rd floor was taller than the previous tallest, 360 Condominiums.

The Clare at Water Tower. This first-of-its-kind, high-rise senior living community is situated on the Loyola University Chicago Water Tower Campus in Chicago's Gold Coast at Rush Street & Pearson Street. The 53 story building is designed by Perkins and Will, and is one of the tallest buildings reserved for senior citizens in the world.

The Condominiums at North Bank Park is a 267ft (81m) tall high rise in Columbus, Ohio. It was constructed from 2006 to 2007 and has 20 floors. The 20th tallest building in Columbus was designed by 360 Architecture and developed by Nationwide Realty Investors.

The Mansion on Peachtree is a 580 ft (177 m) tall skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia. It was constructed from 2006 to 2008 and has 42 floors. It is the 12th tallest building in Atlanta. The design architect for the building was Robert A.M. Stern & Associates, with Atlanta architects Milton Pate Architects serving as the Architect of Record. The project was developed by Atlanta-based City Centre Properties, LLC and constructed by Holder Construction Company.

The Mark is the 16th tallest building in San Diego, California and is a prominent fixture in San Diego's skyline. It has a height of 381 ft (116 m) and 259 units. Located in the East Village district of Downtown San Diego, The Mark is a 33-story building that utilizes the postmodern architectural style and was designed by the architect firms Martinez & Cutri Corp. and Shears Adkins Architects, LLC.

The Metropolitan is a 755ft (230m) tall approved skyscraper in Jersey City, New Jersey. It will be completed in 2009 and will have 67 floors. It was designed by Arquitectonica and it will have 809 units.

The Murano is a residential skyscraper in Center City, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Part of a condominium boom occurring in the city, the Murano was announced in 2005 and was developed jointly by Thomas Properties Group and P&A Associates. The building, named after Murano, Italy, was completed in 2008 at a cost of US$165 million. The blue glass and concrete, 43-story, 475 feet (145 m) skyscraper was designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Associates.

The Orion is a skyscraper located in New York City's Midtown Manhattan area. The building rises 604 feet (184 m) above street level, containing 58 floors of residential units. Despite being only slightly more than 600 feet (183 m) tall, the residential building has dominated the 42nd Street landscape west of Times Square since its topout in September 2005. This means that the tower has views of New York City in every direction. The building was designed by the architectural firm CetraRuddy.

The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is a 29 story, 417 feet (127 m) office and retail skyscraper located in Nashville, Tennessee, in the city's SoBro (South of Broadway) district. Located across the street from the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the building officially opened on February 10, 2010. The building includes 500,000 square feet of Class A office space and 24,000 square feet of retail space.

The Residences at Packard Place is a proposed two-tower, thirty-story, commercial-residential tower in Downtown Albuquerque. The Residences at Packard Place is slated to be taller than the 351-foot (107 m) Albuquerque Plaza Office Tower, therefore becoming the tallest building in the state of New Mexico. Packard Place will change the skyline of Downtown Albuquerque. This building consists of two towers, which will have 30,000 square feet (2,800 m) and 408 residences.
