Umpqua Bank Plaza is a 19-story tall office tower in Downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. Faced with red brick, the structure is 263 feet (80 m) tall and has 265,000 square feet (24,600 m) of space. It houses the headquarters of the Union Pacific Railroad and its parent company, the Union Pacific Corporation. The old headquarters located directly across the street, was torn down in 2008 to make way for the new WallStreet Tower Omaha.

The building was constructed in 1965 and stands at 19 floors, with 240 units/rooms. The high-rise also contains a fitness center. It was designed in the international architectural style, using concrete and glass as its main materials.

Waterplace is the name of a high-rise residential condominium project in Providence, Rhode Island. The project completed construction in mid-2008, and was developed by Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. The two towers, which are 235 feet (72 m) and 213 ft (65 m) high, contain 193 luxury condominiums. The price range for units in the $100 million complex will start at $300,000 and top out at "more than $1 million".
