The Riverfront West Complex is an urban development in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The complex is located on the north bank of the Miami River in Miami's Central Business District. The complex contains three main towers, Mint at Riverfront and The Ivy at Riverfront and Wind by NEO . The taller of the three, Mint, is currently the 6th tallest building in Miami and Florida. It has 55 floors and rises 631 feet (192 m). The Ivy at Riverfront Tower opened in July, 2008.

The Corinthian is a 55-story apartment building that was New York City's largest apartment building when it opened in 1988. At 1,100,000 square feet (102,000 m) it is the biggest project of Bernard Spitzer, father of former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer. It occupies a full block between First and Second Avenues and between 37th and 38th Streets. It towers over the Manhattan entrance to the Queens-Midtown Tunnel.

Construction began in November 2000, following the demolition of the New York Coliseum, and a topping-out ceremony was held on February 27, 2003. The 1201 Third Avenue Tower (previously known as the Washington Mutual Tower) is the second tallest skyscraper in the downtown Seattle skyline. At 55 stories and 235 metres (771 ft), it is the eighth tallest skyscraper on the West Coast. Construction began in 1986 and finished in 1988. It was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and The McKinley Architects.
