Two World Trade Center, also known by its street address, 200 Greenwich Street, is a new office building approved for construction as part of the World Trade Center reconstruction in New York City. When completed, the tower will be located on the east side of Greenwich Street, across the street from the original location of the Twin Towers that were destroyed during the September 11, 2001 attacks. The 79-story building was designed by Foster and Partners, London.

Capella Tower (formerly 225 South Sixth) is a skyscraper in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. The building opened in 1992 with the First Bank Place being the headquarters for First Bank System. In 1997, First Bank System acquired US Bancorp and changed the name of the building to US Bancorp Place. The headquarters of US Bancorp moved into the US Bancorp Center in 2000, whereupon the tower changed to 225 South 6th Street In March 2009, the building took its present name.

29 South LaSalle is a proposed 51 story skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois designed by Lucien Lagrange Architects. It would stand at 870 feet (265 m). This project would include a "renovation", and facdectomy of the adjacent New York Life Insurance Building. 29 S. LaSalle was at one time the site of the Equitable building, formerly known as the National Life building, built in 1902. It was 12 stories and one basement high, on spread foundations. Jennie and Mundie were the architects.

3 World Trade Center (also known as 175 Greenwich Street) is a skyscraper under construction as part of the rebuilding of the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The project lies on the east side of Greenwich Street, across the street from the previous location of the Twin Towers, which were destroyed during the September 11 attacks in 2001.

300 North LaSalle is a 60 story mixed-use building, constructed from 2006-2009, located on the north bank of the Chicago River on the Near North Side community area of Chicago, Illinois. The building will contain 1.3 million square feet (121,770 square meters) of space to include offices, retail shops, restaurants, and public spaces as well as three levels of underground parking.

311 South Wacker Drive in Chicago, USA, is a post-modern 65-story skyscraper completed in 1990. At 961 feet (293 m) tall, it is the sixth tallest building in Chicago and the 15th tallest in the United States. It was once the second tallest reinforced concrete building in the world (after Two Prudential Plaza, also in Chicago).The building is also the tallest building in the world known by its street address.

360 Tenth Avenue is a skyscraper under construction in the Clinton neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. It will be 772ft (236 m) tall and have 61 floors.

375 East Wacker is a 76-story mixed-use skyscraper planned for the Lakeshore East area of Chicago. The façade will be mostly glass with limestone accents and the façade will be lit with LEDs which would change colors with the seasons. North Field Drive will pass under the structure. There will be a large cutout of about 20 floors in the middle of the building, something akin to the Grande Arche building in Paris.

383 Madison Avenue is an office building in New York City located on Madison Avenue between 46th and 47th Streets and owned by JP Morgan Chase. Designed by David Childs of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, it is 755 ft (230 m) tall with 47 floors. It was completed in 2001 and opened in 2002, at which time it was, by some reports, the 88th tallest building in the world. The building is approximately 110 000 rentable square meters (1,200,000 sq ft).

4 World Trade Center (also known by its street address, 150 Greenwich Street) is a skyscraper that is part of the new World Trade Center complex in New York City. It opened to tenants and the public on November 13, 2013. It is located on the southeast corner of the 16-acre (6.5 ha) World Trade Center site, where the original nine-story 4 World Trade Center stood. Pritzker Prize-winning architect Fumihiko Maki was awarded the contract to design the 978-foot-tall (298 m) building.
