The Franklin County Government Center is a government complex in Columbus, Ohio. The tallest building in the complex is the 27 floor, 464ft tall Franklin County Courthouse. It is the 7th tallest building in Columbus. Other building include 19 floor Municipal Court, and the 10 floor Hall of Justice, both designed by Prindle & Patrick. The 7 floor New Franklin County Hall of Justice will be completed in 2010.

Park Avenue West, nicknamed PAW, is a high-rise building currently under construction in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. When completed it will stand at a height of 476 feet (145 meters) and become the third tallest building in Portland behind the Wells Fargo Center and the US Bancorp Tower. Park Avenue West was initially scheduled to be completed in 2010 and is being developed by Tom Moyer.

W Austin Hotel & Residences is a currently topped out building in Austin, Texas located on 200 Lavaca Street. It stands 478 feet above the ground with 37 floors above the ground. It will soon to house the Austin City Limits Studio, greatly increasing the seating size from 350 to 2,200. It is a residential building that sits behind the Austin City Hall. It holds 250 hotel units and 159 condominiums.

Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore and Residences is a highrise hotel complex building under construction, located in Baltimore, Maryland. The building is expected to rise 494 feet (151 m). The building's construction began in 2007 and is expected to be completed in 2010. This building was originally planned to be constructed as two towers, each having 22 floors 294 feet (90 m).

505 Madison is a 560ft (171m) tall approved skyscraper in Seattle, Washington. It is scheduled to be completed in 2010 and have 40 floors. It will be the 10th tallest building in Seattle and was designed by NBBJ.

Four Seasons Private Residences Denver is an under construction, 565 feet (172 m) tall skyscraper in Denver, Colorado. It is planned to be completed in 2010 and have 45 stories, and 695,000 sq ft (71,209 m²) of usable floors space. It is estimated to cost $350 millon, which would make it the most expensive privately-owned building ever constructed in Denver.

1027 Wilshire Boulevard is an approved 607ft (185m) tall skyscraper in Los Angeles, California. It will be completed in 2010 and has 48 floors.

MainPlace is a 630 ft (192 m) tall skyscraper under construction in Downtown Houston, Texas. It will be completed in 2010 and have 46 floors. It has been pre-certified Silver LEED. When it is completed MainPlace will become the 15th tallest building in Houston and will feature a skygarden on the 39th floor. It is the tallest building built in Houston in 23 years, after the Heritage Plaza was completed in 1987.

300 East Pratt Street is a hotel being planned in Baltimore, Maryland. The building is expected to rise 640 ft/195 m. Construction of the building was to begin in 2007 and was expected to be completed in 2010. The construction of this building was proposed in 2003, though, it was never approved by the state of Maryland. In 2006, the construction of the building was again proposed, and finally approved by the state of Maryland.

One Museum Park, designed by Chicago-based architecture firm Pappageorge Haymes, Ltd. and located in the Near South Side community area, is the tallest building in the Central Station development, the tallest building on the south side of Chicago and the tallest in Chicago south of Van Buren Street.
