Ten Museum Park is a residential skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in northeastern Downtown, and forms part of the Biscayne Wall, a series of skyscrapers visible from Biscayne Bay along the west side of Biscayne Boulevard. It was designed by Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design. It was completed in early 2007, and opened for residential occupancy in mid-2007. The building is 585 feet (178 m) tall, and has 50 floors.

Located in the East Village district of Downtown San Diego, The Mark is a 33-story building that utilizes the postmodern architectural style and was designed by the architect firms Martinez & Cutri Corp. and Shears Adkins Architects, LLC.

The Westin Virginia Beach Town Center is a 38 story high rise hotel and living residence in Virginia Beach Town Center. The 4 star hotel is the bottom half of the 38 story building and the upper stories are the residents' homes. There are 119 condominiums in the top floors ranging from 900 to 4,000 square feet. The building was built throughout 2006 and 2007. Upon completion, it became the tallest building in Virginia, surpassing the James Monroe Building in Richmond.

University Club Tower is a condominium tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At 446 feet, the tower is the tallest residential building in Wisconsin and third tallest building overall, in Milwaukee (and Wisconsin). It is located in Milwaukee's East Town neighborhood adjacent to the shoreline of Lake Michigan. The originally planned tower was designed by Santiago Calatrava (who had just designed the Milwaukee Art Museum) in 2001 and was to have only 25 stories.
